The bungalow "Casa Erbani" is situated in the bungalow resort "Jardin del Rio" in Costa Calma. From the 30 sqm terrasse, you partly have a sea view. The light-coloured sandy beach is within a 5 minute's walking distance (you do NOT have to cross a busy street). The bungalow is furnished in a modern way, with everything you need for a recreative holiday. Apart from a TV with satellite reception, you also find a hi-fi system with CD player. Furthermore there's a small grill on the patio, where you can spend homey BBQ evenings. In the bungalow there's also an additional fold-away bed for a toddler. A supermarket and different restaurants are also within walking distance.

The bungalow is situated in the bungalow resort "Jardin del Rio". From the very large patio you partly have a sea view. You reach the light-coloured sandy beach in an about 5 minute's walk. At the resort entrance there's a phone booth, a supermarket is situated at a distance of 100 m. In front of the bungalow resort there are also numerous parking possibilities. Many restaurants and shopping centres (Centro Comercial) are also situated at a close distance. In Costa Calma there are also several bus stops and cashpoints.

If you book the accommodation, you pay an advance booking fee of 20% via transfer to the owner (= Mr Schiffl De Luis). You then remit the remaining amount one month before arrival. Then you receive all details via e-mail (addess, name of contact person in Costa Calma, etc.).
