"La Gaviota" is a beautiful house which is designed imaginatively. It consists of 6 individual apartments which are designed and furnished with attention to detail. The house is situated in a calm but central place above the old fishing port. The beaches are 10 walking minutes away. "La Gaviota apartment 3" is the roof apartment with a wonderful view of the sea, of the fishing port and the town of El Cotillo. In the apartment there's a TV with satellite reception and a radio. The apartment is on the topmost floor, you reach the roof terrace via the entrance door. Thus it is very calm.

El Cotillo is a touristically hardly developed area in the north of Fuerteventura. The lovely surroundings of El Cotillo are thus perfect for people who look for tranquility. The beautiful white sandy beaches, which are separated from each other by lava rocks and stones in the sea, are highly suitable for bathing (also with children) and for watching the sunset. You can also do surfing around El Cotillo. In about 25 minutes, you can also drive to Corralejo with its wonderful dune beaches. In El Cotillo, there are several restaurants, 2 supermarkets, several surfing shops, a diving school...Moreover, buses go 5 times a day to Corralejo and twice a day to Puerto del Rosario.
