The pool patio with its 60 sqm invites to sunbathe, swim and relax. Enjoy ease and comfort in the town of Villaverde, which has not yet been swarming with tourists, without missing the connection to the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre which is just a couple of minutes away.

The recently built, exclusive holiday home with its wonderful view of the north of the island, the sea and the neighbouring island of Lanzarote is located on a ca. 3,400 sqm large lot of land in Villaverde in Fuerteventura's beautiful north. It's only a fifteen minutes' drive away from Corralejo's fantastic beach and dune landscapes on the northeast coast and El Cotillo's picturesque bays in the northwest. In the town, there are four restaurants with Canary and international cuisine and two well-assorted supermarkets. In a ten minutes' drive, you will reach the tourist town Corralejo with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars with live music and further leisure facilities. Near the airport there is a new golf course.

Transfer:

On "Preise und Buchung" (= prices and booking), you will find a booking form as pdf file, which you can download and print out; furthermore, there is an on-line booking form and the renting conditions. Alternatively, the landlord can also send you a booking form by post or fax. After receiving the signed booking form, the landlord will send you a booking confirmation. Then the contract is closed.
