For contents of third parties, i.e. service providers in the fields "accommodation", "gastronomy", "service providers", the providers are liable themselves. Fuerteventura alternativ only provides room for presentations and prepares the presentations. Fuerteventura alternativ explicitly distances itself from contents of presentations and offers and is not liable for them.

No agent services and no tour operator:

Fuerteventura alternativ does not act as agent for trips, accommodation or other services. Fuerteventura alternativ neither is a tour operator nor a travel agency. Fuerteventura alternativ only provides room for presentations and also prepares the presentations.

Privacy:

We do not save your personal data when you make use of our Internet offer. Our Internet provider only logs the following data: day, hour, and duration of the visit, contents retrieved from our Internet offer, Internet service provider of the visitor, the browser used and the Internet presence the visitor has visited before his or her visit to our Internet presence. In other respects, the visit is anonymous. Cookies are not set.

Personal data is collected when you contact us via www.fuerteventura-alternativ.de. This data corresponds exactly to the information you provided in our contact form or in your e-mail.

We do not pass on the data you send to us via contact form or e-mail to third parties and use it only for the intended purpose.
