The spacious open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge area with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV and DVD player. From here you can step directly onto your own private and spacious terrace. This has 2 sun loungers and a dining table and seating for 4 people. From the terrace you can view the communal area below. The bedroom has fantastic views out to the lagoon beaches and the ocean. This apartment is the Ideal setting for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Location/surroundings:

El Cotillo is approx. 40 mins (45 km) drive from the capital city, Puerto del Rosario. Correlejo is approx. 20 mins by car where there is a ferry to Lanzarote and Los Lobos. There is a reliable hourly bus service from El Cotillo to Correlejo every day which passes through several interesting villages along the way. El Cotillo is set in the northwest of the island of Fuerteventura. El Cotillo is famous for both its white sand lagoon beaches which offer safe swimming all year round and the long stretch of white sand beach to the south of the village. The lagoons are ideal for all ages and are good for fishing and snorkelling. The surf beach to the south of the village is more exposed and the Atlantic Ocean waters here offer perfect conditions for surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing. The surf beach is about 10/15 minutes walk from the apartment. El Cotillo is set in the northwest of the island of Fuerteventura. Once a sleepy fishing village, it is now moving into the 21st century. There are two supermarkets, two banks with cash machines and a great French patisserie and bakery. There are various other smaller local stores and services in the village. There are numerous restaurants, many overlooking the ocean and serving locally caught fresh fish, and a few local bars. The village maintains its local Canarian feel and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. Surfing, cycling and walking are all very popular activities in this area of the island, and equipment can be hired locally. There is an internet cafe where you can also make cheap long distance calls. Additionally most of the bars and cafes now have free WiFi access. You can have a relaxing drive free holiday - everywhere in the village is within walking distance, and it takes only 15 minutes stroll from the entrance to the village to the first lagoon, where the apartment is situated.

Booking procedure:

You can best reach the landlord via our contact form. You can send inquiries anytime.
 
Email your enquiry via the Contact Form. Please indicate the number of adults and children coming. We will let you know if the apartment is available for the dates you require. If you want to proceed we can put the apartment on hold for you for 5 days. A deposit is needed to secure the booking. Only when the deposit is received will the apartment be reserved for you. Confirmation of your booking will be sent on receipt of deposit, along with a Booking Contract for completion.
 
Payment in euros via Bank Transfer. A non refundable deposit (approx. 30 %) is required to reserve the property. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If arrival date is within 6 weeks of booking, full payment is required. A breakages/damages deposit of € 200 is payable on arrival and returned on departure following inspection of the apartment.
