We informed us from Germany via telephone and e-mail. The communication was without problems. On the phone we asked for Ms Yolanda (a friend of ours had recommended that). She speaks perfect German, I even think she is German.

We then booked via fax since they needed a signature. No problems.

Record rent a car doesn't have a counter at the airport, so we agreed on a meeting point. The employee of Record rent a car, however, was not punctual. We called the office via mobile phone and asked what had happened. There they only spoke English and didn't know either. They recommended us to wait and described the meeting point again (near the information desk at the check-in).

The employee arrived late and wasn't very communicative. We managed everything, paid directly via credit card and got the key. The employee didn't come along with us to the car, which was parked in front of the airport.

When we returned the car we were a little helpless since we didn't know where to return the key. By chance we saw a car of Record rent a car on the carpark. The window was a little open and we saw a few keys lying on the passenger seat. So we threw ours into the car, too. Unfortunately no one had told us this before.

We got a car that was 1-2 categories higher than we had booked it (instead of a Ford Ka a Citroen Berlingo). The car was very new and we didn't have any complaints.
